Why imposition matters
Sheet imposition tells you how many finished pieces fit on one press sheet and how many sheets are required for the job. Mistakes here drive paper waste, wrong plates and inaccurate quotes.
How to use this calculator
- Pick a sheet size (SRA3, A3, A2 or custom mm).
- Enter the trim size of the product.
- Set sheet margins and bleed if artwork extends past trim.
- Enter the run quantity to get pieces per sheet and total sheets.
